A note from the founder
I built Ishigai because I believe the benefits of AI should belong to every business, not just those with big budgets and dedicated technology teams.
Too many businesses lose valuable time to repetitive admin, disconnected systems and processes that have simply become accepted as part of the job. I saw an opportunity to change that.
My aim is to make AI practical, accessible and genuinely useful. Not technology for technology's sake, and not promises about a distant future, but solutions that solve real problems, give people their time back and help businesses grow.
That's why Ishigai starts by understanding the problem, proves the value before scaling, and puts transparency at the heart of every engagement. And because the best solutions evolve, I believe the real opportunity lies not just in building something that works today, but in helping it work better tomorrow.
I built Ishigai to make intelligent automation work for real businesses, on their terms, with results they can see and value that grows over time.

How we work
- Measure first, build second. Every engagement starts by finding where the value actually is. We won't quote a build until we know.
- Prices on the page. The audit is from £750, pilots from £2,500, and you get a fixed quote before any build starts.
- A person stays in charge. Anything with real consequences, from prices to promises to a "no", goes to a human.
- No dependency on us. Every build ends with documentation, running costs and a roadmap your own team or another provider can pick up.
- Honest "don't bother" calls. If AI won't help, we say so.
